Law No. 83/2021, of 6 December, modified the legal regime for teleworking, comprising:

a) Amendment to article 8 of the Work Accident and Occupational Illness Reparation Regime, approved by Law No. 98/2009, of 4 September;

b) Amendment to the rules provided for in Articles 3, 165 to 171, 465 and 492 of the Labour Code, approved by Law No. 7/2009;

c) Addition to the Labour Code of articles 166.º-A, 169.-A, 169.º-B, 170.º-A, 199-A;

d) The application of the teleworking legal regime, with the necessary adaptations, to the central, regional and local Public Administration.
