Regulation No. 2015/534 of the European Central Bank was published complementing Decision ECB/2014/29.

Under the law, credit institutions shall report financial information to the competent authorities for supervision purposes.

The present Regulation intends to develop the financial information to be reported to the competent national authorities, in particular the formats, timing, reference dates, deadlines for submission and deadlines relating to the presentation of the referred information.

The established requirements are intended to ensure that the supervised entities report to the National Competent Authorities a common minimum set of information.
