It was postponed to 31 December 2014 the repeal of the exemption for the prior certification by the Tax Authority of the software produced internally or by an integrated company that belongs to the same economic group. 

The Order now approved only applies to the companies that use invoice software produced internally or by an integrated company in the same group that already submitted the certification of invoice software statement and the documentation requested by the Portuguese Tax Authorities.
