It was approved the new Appendix to model 3 of the income tax declarations, designated "APPENDIX SS."

APPENDIX SS is for annual declarations of gross income, earned by self-employed workers in the previous calendar year for the purpose of determine the employers and the relevant income.

ANNEX SS should be completed with model 3 and is sent by the Portuguese Tax Authority to the Social Security services.

We attach the Order no. º 103/2013 of 11 March, approving the Appendix and the instructions for filing the Appendix.
