Adelaide Moura is managing partner and founding partner of AMMOURA, focusing mainly on Arbitration and Tax Law. She has over 30 years of experience, national and international, in these matters and the area of restructuring including mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment.

She is on the list of arbitrators of various institutions and has often been appointed an arbitrator.

She is the author of several publications, especially in foreign investment, restructuring and mergers.

She is a member of several professional associations and a recognized arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Center (CAAD) where she acts as an arbitrator in matters of a fiscal nature.

She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
