Ordinance no. 411-A/2019 of 31 December, regulates the working conditions for administrative employees to whom specific collective regulations do not apply.

The monthly minimum retribution is updated (link), as well as the amount of the meal allowance, which is now 4.80 EUR.

However, it is expected a review of the minimum retribution due to the increase of the National Minimum Wage for 635 EUR.

Ordinance no. 411-A/2019 of 31 December, is applicable in national mainland territory and entry into force on 5 January 2020. The monthly minimum retributions, meal allowances and the update of seniority payments shall take effect from 1 July 2019.
