By the Order number 616/2013, it was postponed to the 1st of April of 2014 the repeal of the exemption for the prior certification by the Tax Authority of the software produced internally or by an integrated company that belongs to the same economic group.
We recall that at the end of 2013 the companies were surprised with the repeal of the paragraph a), number 2 of article 2 of the Decree number 363/2010, of 23 June (see AMM news & publications).
Therefore, the companies that use invoice software produced internally or by an integrated company in the same group could continue to use this software until the 31st of May of 2014 without being certified by the Tax Authorities.
