ANGOLA - NEW CUSTOMS TARIFF

The Presidential Decree Law number 10/13, of 22 November, approved the new customs tariff of import and export duties.

The Decree Law introduced changes in the Customs Code, the special regime for customs and port applicable to Cabinda Province and the Regulation of non-governmental organisations.

The new Customs Tariff aims to respond to the challenges of economic and social development of Angola, by encouraging national production, attracting investment and promoting national employment.

The amendments entered into force on November 22, 2013.
