The establishment of commercial companies in Angola is now more accessible to entrepreneurs.

The National Assembly of Angola approved the Law on the Reduction of Legal Charges applicable to the Establishment of Companies in order to remove constraints to private initiatives and promote the establishment of new companies.

It is now applicable a single value: the establishment of sociedade por quotas (Limited), em comandita simples and em nome coletivo is subject to a fix legal charge of ten thousand kwanzas (one hundred dollars), and the establishment of sociedades anónimas  (SA) and sociedades em comandita por ações of forty thousand kwanzas (four hundred dollars).

Note that the new legal charges represents a reduction of more than 90% of the costs with the establishment of companies.
